I am writing to formally appeal the denial of my claim.
My trip (Los Angeles – Istanbul – Dubai) scheduled for March 1 was not voluntarily canceled. The connecting flight from Istanbul to Dubai was officially canceled by the airline due to extraordinary circumstances, making it impossible for me to reach my destination.
As a result, I was unable to depart from Los Angeles at all, since the itinerary could not be completed.
This situation was not a voluntary cancellation, nor was it based on personal concern about travel conditions. It was a direct consequence of airline service disruption, which falls under covered reasons such as:
• Common carrier cancellation
• Trip interruption beyond my control
The reference to “war exclusion” does not apply in this case, as I did not cancel my trip due to war, but due to the airline’s inability to provide transportation.
I kindly request a reconsideration of my claim based on the actual cause of loss: airline cancellation and Inability to complete the route.

I would’ve really preferred to talk to a person while filing the claim and had a better understanding of the category I’m claiming.

Trawick for some reason had the incorrect travel dates and denied my claim. I had to provide the squaremouth receipt noting correct dates and my invoice from my travel agent also noting correct dates and payments. Trawick finally corrected date after a week so I could file my claim for travel interruption and 4 days lost on my cruise due to airline cancellations

The tour was canceled by the provider. I didnt go anywhere. You had no risk, so I requested a full refund. I received less than 50 percent.

We could not go on our trip due to a severe injury. We began the process of filing the claim two weeks before we were supposed to leave. Trawick outsources their claims process to MySureGo. The documentation they requested seemed redundant and excessive but we supplied everything they requested. We are still waiting for a response.
