On August 25, 2024, I submitted a claim regarding baggage damage to Trawick insurance (Surego) online. I sent all of the photos regarding the damage of the suitcase. After I submitted the claim, I received an email telling me that I will get a response in 15 days. However, 22 days already passed, and I have not received any response from Trawick (Surego), even I sent follow up to them. I am considering to file a consumer complaint against Trawick. Honestly if I can give them 0 star, I would give them 0 star on customer service!
I didn't have any issues with Squaremouth, but I have big problem with Trawick International insurance company.
One of our travelers get sick with Covid one day before the cruise departure and I cancelled a trip.
By direction of Trawick International I submitted a claim to SureGo Administrative Services LLC who supposed to process this claim.
According to their email this claim should be processed in the next 15 business days.
It's more than 5 weeks already gone and I didn't received anything from SureGo Administrative Services.
I don't recommend any travelers to buy insurance from Trawick International Insurance company.

It's took almost 2 month for first respond from the company.
After our complaints claim was resolved less than a week.
It was extremely difficult to file the claim - their email address was not working, eventually contact customer support and on the third call they gave me another email address that did work. Their website claim-filing process did not work. No word yet on whether or not the claim will be re-embursed to me ... no word yet, 3 weeks in.

I had a small claim for $114.63 which I sent in after my trip in early May. Surego processes these for Trawick.
I received no payment although I did receive notification that it was approved.
After about a month I called Surego and was told a check had been mailed. A month later none was on hand.
They were supposed to investigate but kept sayin they had to contact accounting and would get back to me. No one did. This went on for 2-3 rounds.
More recently I was told that no check in fact had been sent due to an internal problem.
Then I was told a check went out on July 22. One month later still no check. I gave someone my bank acount information for direct ACH deposit.
Today I received a check. It was printed upside down on the paper (blue stripe at the bottom, instead of the top upside down) and the bank routing number was missing a digit - 8 digits instead of 9. The check can't be processed.
Obviously I'm frustrated. I've spent hours on the phone with Surego and in my opinion they are incompetent. I am hoping for a happy ending as I've just escalated this to Trawick.
It is taking too long to settle this claim. The facts were clearly documented. Yet it has been around 6 weeks without resolution.
Customer service was fine. But claim site cbpconnect.com is proving to be challenging. Have left several requests for assistance.

Process to get the clai form was clunky (took one phone call and several online inquiries.) Form was straightforward. Timeline for processing was acceptable. Unfortunately, claim was denied but they gave a thorough description of what claim was not covered.
My claim was filed July 23, 2024. Today is August 14 and claim is not complete.
After filing claim on 8/6/24 having problems with the application I still didn't receive the claim number and any confirmation that the case was opened
It was a great experience and customer service was very helpful through the whole experience.
