*The overall customer rating is the average of all reviews for the provider since they joined the marketplace.
Trawick customers appreciate the value for money offered by the policies and the ease of modifying them before a trip. However, some travelers report difficulty reaching customer service, particularly after filing a claim.
It took a long time without intermediate information about how the claim was going.
On line purchase was made easy using the Square Mouth website.
My claim is still in orocess.
I never went on the trip.
This trip was canceled by me because of a mishap that occurred before the trip not allowing me to take the trip.
I had hip replacement surgery (total hip Arthroplasty) on October 30, 2023. I am currently recovering from the Arthroplasty (3-4 month process).
I have not heard back from Trawick. I am researching my emails and trying to figure out how to proceed or what else I need to do to supplement the initial information I provided.
For now their customer service would be rated "0 Stars", responsiveness "0 Stars". Is approaching 4 weeks since I filed my initial information. No adjustor or information has been received.
Please assist me if you can.
Thank you.

I purchased this policy through Squaremouth, but Trawick wrote the policy, and now the claim has to go though a third party called Co-odinated Benefit Plans .It has been over 3 days and I have not heard a word from them, even to say they received the electronic file.
If I don't hear from them today I will have to assume I have been scammed. When I look at CBP connect , it says no claims were found associated with the user ID.
This will be my last Squaremouth purchase.
Squaremouth was helpful to me in finding travel insurance to meet my needs. I was able to read reviews and identify the best company. I do wish I there was a way to filter reviews to see only reviews with comments and where a claim had been filed. Reviews with stars only are useless, as are reviews with no claims filed. It really doesn't matter to me if insurance is easy to buy, anyone will take your money; but if you need to file a claim, that's when you find out how good the insurance company is. By reading the reviews with comments, where a claim had been filed, there was one clear choice. I purchased insurance from Trawick for both my trip to Africa and my trip to Scotland. On my trip to Africa, my flight was delayed in Detroit due to a tornado. I downloaded the claim form, filled it out, supplied documentation to support my claim, and it was promptly paid. As a result of that, I purchased travel insurance from Trawick for my trip to Scotland a few months later, I had no problems or need to file a claim on that trip.
The trip was canceled due to the war in Israel
I got a message and did not understand what it means
My claim is pretty straightforward. I was stuck overnight due to fault of the airline and am only claiming some miscellaneous expenses not covered by the airline. I submitted the claim two months ago and still do not have a resolution. At this time, I am not satisfied and would not use Trawick again.
I spent hours completing the claim form and sent it in via email.
To date all I've received has been a computer generated response that the claim has been received, nothing more, not a single word back from the insurance company.
