1. 23 February 2023, which I have not received a any type response after 4 weeks
2 today 26 March 2023.
I'm not happy with Trawick International as I still waiting for their response I'm really hope they give me a quick response.

Turn around time for filed claim is too long
I contacted Trawick International to make a claim for delays and for damaged luggage. They requested information. I provided that information twice and they claim to not have received it. I have given up and don't feel the purchase of the insurance is worth it with this company. I will not purchase coverage that is not functional in the future.
Purchasing insurance from Squaremouth was easy and informative - I like being able to compare price and policy in a very straightforward manner.
I filed a claim with Trawick several weeks ago and to date have only received an automated email that they have received the claim so not sure how long to wait to follow up. I am hoping this is not going to take months to resolve.
My trip got canceled.
And the support for the claim process has been less than adequate

I sent claim forms twice. It appears you have not received it. I did not go on the trip. I injured my right knee and it got progressively worse. MRI revealed 2 ligament tears. It has taken time to obtain the MRI. and get appointment with Ortho. It was very hectic at Ortho visit that the Doc left before filling out the portion of the medical statement. I am trying to reach back to the provider but no return response. I have PT appt in April but will continue to persue physician.
My claim has been filed and I am awaiting their response. I received a message that it was received and they had a large number of claims so it might take some time. I cannot judge how they have handled my claim until they do handle it.
We filed a claim, received notification it had been received, and have not heard anything since. Zero communication.
