ZERO STARS - I purchased the Trawick International Safe Travels Voyager travel insurance policy for a cruise back in July 2022. Caught Covid during the cruise and was quarantined for half of the cruise. Didn't get to disembark and enjoy the sights as I normally would, so half of my trip was wasted. I filed a claim with Trawick, but they actually use another company to manage the claims - Co-Ordinated Benefit Plans - but their email header actually says, "Nationwide TravClai." "Co-Ordinated Benefit Plans is a subsidiary of One80 Intermediaries, on behalf of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies." This is their email signature. If you try to file a claim with this company or companies, you will get such convoluted middle-man BS, that your head will spin. I have tried to reach them multiple ways - email, phone, website - but I keep getting the run around and cannot get my insurance claims settled. I am writing this fed up review in February 2023, and I'm still chasing them for reimbursement. They keep telling you they will call you back, but they NEVER do. Their email replies are automated and all phone calls have been unhelpful and dismissive. They will just wait you out until you forget about the claim you filed. Do yourself a favor and skip this company. You'll want to thank me later.

UPDATE (3/20/2023) - After filing a Zero Complaint claim with SquareMouth, they followed up with Trawick, and I finally got my claims settled. So FIVE STARS for SquareMouth. I'd still give Trawick ZERO STARS. Go with a different insurance company.
I had a three night delay and filed a claim. After 4 weeks I received a check for my maximum benefit. I would recommend Trawick. Last year I had a claim with a different insurer and it took 4 months after submitting documents over and over. For those of you who are new to this... keep all your recipes you have to fully document.
Handled quickly and efficiently, no problems
We filed a claim on 12/20/22 and have not had resolution to the claim. I had expected our claim would have been resolved by now. Additionally, we had called and left a message with Trawick when we first filed our claim asking them to reach out to us because we had a question, and they had not called back by the following week. We had to reach out to them again before we received assistance with filing our claim. Overall, we have not found them to be very responsive.
I was claiming the insurance for the trip to Iseal and Jordan (gate 1 tour) until now no payment reimburse to me. Please check it and get back to me.

I filed my claim but just received a message saying they received claim but are busy and will get back to me.
Due to a medical issue (shortness of breath) upon arrival. It was determined this was due to such a high elevation 9,000 feet. I had to immediately return home. Now I'm having to JUMP THROUGH "HOOPS" to provide so many documents (up to 24 pages and counting). Very, very difficult frustrating experience.
I have been using Squaremouth for over 15 years. I take 2-3 international trips per year (excluding COVID). This is only my second claim. My first claim, I received 100% of the cost of my trip. This time, I only received 76% of my trip cost. There was no explanation for the shortfall, although it was a complicated claim. The Underwriter was friendly and cooperative. I will continue using Squaremouth. I like the policy comparison feature and the policy details, making for in informed choice.
Trawick paid our claim in late February about 2 months after we submitted our claims. The interactions were smooth and easy.
