It was easy to purchase the policy. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip due to both of us contracting Covid.
We have submitted a claim and are waiting to receive our refund. I will update when more information when claim results are in.

I had to cancel my trip due to covid so I made a claim on Mon Oct 3rd.
I called the tel No to make my claim. I was directed to the claim website. There was no option of talking to a live person.
It took me over 2 hours to fill out the claim requirements.
It was accepted and I got an e-mail message saying that all claim representatives were very busy.
It is now Oct 15th and I have heard nothing back.
So all in all. a pretty negative experience.

I have received a standard response that my claim has been noted but that it will take a long time to respond.
I haven’t heard anything else since.
We had to can our trip due to my husband's worsening dementia and balance.
I thought the some of the documentation that was required to submit the claim was cumbersome and redundant.
I had to cancel my trip. I filed for a refund before their "change your mind for any reason by 04/04/2022" deadline. I spoke with a Trawick representative on 08/22/2022. Trawick reviewed my case and misinterpreted it. I followed up with email attachments explaining the whole thing. It was very simple. I still haven't heard from them or received my refund. We're talking $120.92!! I will never use Trawick again.
PS: Not sure what "Zero Complaint" is. I HAVE a complaint. If you can help, I'd be grateful.
