    I've already spoken with multiple people. The claim sat unentered, unprocessed for a month until Squaremouth intervened, then was promptly approved. That part was great, but my reimbursement check (for MY claim on the policy that I purchased to protect MY vacation investment) was mailed to each of the 4 people that were going to be staying in the airbnb with us (myself, my husband, 2 sons)...the claim was ONLY for airbnb deposit, no additional expenses even though I had insured the trip for far more than my claim. The detail clearly showed that I purchased the policy, and I alone had paid for the deposit. The four checks were mailed with my son's check on top, and it was forwarded to him in NY. He was understandably confused since he was never involved with the transaction! Nowhere was I given an option to have one check sent to me (and honestly, since it was so clear that I paid this deposit in one transaction, why would I expect anyone else to be sent a check!)

    Trawick International policy: Safe Travels Single Trip

    We had a policy with Covid coverage for our trip. In 2021, we were unable to take our trip due to the Swedish government not allowing us to travel there. We tried to get our insurance to cover one non refundable hotel for $800, but our claim was denied. Then when we tried to extend our policy to cover 2022 when we finally did travel, we were told we couldn’t because we had filed a claim. So the bottom line is our insurance was a waste of money!

    Trawick and Nationwide did what they said they would in the timeframe they said the would. It took 90 days which was long but with ALL the recent claims made, I understand.

    I filed a claim originally on June 20, 2022. It has been three and half months and no decision has been made. I have provided all requested information and explanations. When will my claim be fully reviewed and processed?

    We had to cancel our trip before it started. When starting to file the claim, I called customer service for help in filling out the forms. After leaving a call-back number, they had not returned my call within 24 hours, so I called again. I did wait on hold for a while, but once I talked to someone, she was very helpful. Hence the mixed rating. We have not heard back yet about our claim.

    Claim was filed within ten days of return. Follow up 30 days later the people who process for Trawick could not locate paperwork. Had to refill with out receipts?

    Can not give a complete review due to claim still being processed, Trawick customer service referred me to another company to file my claim which had to be done on-line, filed claim and am waiting for reply from that company
