    Couldn't file my claim online but got a wonderful person (Kiera) on the phone. She sent me form's to file my claim. I mailed certified & waiting for acknowledgement. My rating was 3 stars because it is not complete. If I am as satisfied as I was with Kiera of course that will change

    We had delayed baggage and will try to claim compensation for that

    I purchased insurance with your company by someone who recommended your company. I have filed a claim for trip interruption as I contacted covid and was not able to complete my trip. I was 3 days isolated on the Holland America cruise and 11 days in Vancouver, Canada. I will finally get to leave tomorrow, July 11. I look forward to hearing the follow-up to my claim soon and will be able to give more accurate information concerning my experience with Squaremouth once I am home.

    While on our first Alaskan Cruise, I unfortunately came down with COVID. So far our experience with and interaction with Trawick has been Exceptional! Their personnel helped us prepare the Insurance Forms needed to file our Claim. Without their help we wouldn’t have known where to begin. Anxiously awaiting reimbursement for most of missed trip. Thank you again!

    I filled out claim a month ago and no one ever contacted me. Very upsetting. 😡

    Trawick International policy: Safe Travels Explorer Plus

    We had to cancel a trip for 6 people because our grandson became infected with Covid. We filed a claim on June 16, and the woman I spoke to (Gigi) was very helpful and nice. We are now awaiting review of this claim, and I was told it would likely take some time. We are hoping for the best, as the Covid coverage that included our family was the main reason we selected Trawick.
