Filing a claim is somewhat difficult & not self explanatory. Trawick customer service line is nonexistent. Filed claim three weeks ago; haven’t heard anything.
Communication from the provider was less than perfect. I never received direct responses to questions, only form/automated responses. The claim process took longer than normal, but that was because of a huge influx of claims due to weather events and COVID. Just one responsive email could have alleviated my concerns about my claim. Squaremouth was helpful in this regard.
The purchase of the policy was very easy. The ability to file a claim is non-existent. The website to file a claim does not function. You can not register on the site to file a claim. I have communicated via email with Trawick and they say to use the website. However, the website does not function. You can not register on the site to file a claim whether on my iPhone, iPad or PC Desktop.
I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent the necessary paperwork, and there is no number to call, my login does not work, they tell me I don't have an account. It's frustrating and I reply to the Trawick emails and get no response either. CAn someone call

Caught Covid January 2022 and my flight back to the USA was interrupted for a few days. Eventually got home and filed my claim. Took about 4 months, but got it all back plus interest.
Still not paid claim since January. Filed a zero complaint report, but still have not received payment.
Trawick's customer service is not helpful. They just shrug.

Trawick will not honor my claim because I did not provide baggage claim ticket for delayed golf clubs. I provided copy given by Aer Lingus but original was removed by airline on return trip
It has already been over 8 weeks since I filed the claim. Trawick is saying they have high volume of claims and I only get an automated message. When I call the customer service, they had said the claim will be processed in 60 days, but I have not heard anything.
It took about 3 months to receive my payment but they had a lot of claims at the time because of weather and airline issues. Other companies were taking almost that long as well. I am happy with my payout and the process was easy. They also paid some interest because it took so long.
