Hi I’ve been a bit disappointed with the communication from the other company. I sent all the documentation as my meeting was canceled in Italy. I received two blank emails from them that they said were accidental and that did not give me any confidence in them. Then I finally got a follow up about a month after I filed my claim asking for two other documents. Suffice it to say I think the communication is not great with this group and I would not use them in the future. I am still waiting to hear back but they don’t even provide the courtesy of acknowledging when they get documents or what the status of the claim is at.
Trawick has some delay in processing claim. Claim was acknowledged as being filed within 24 hrs but follow up for details of medical event has not occurred yet, over a week ago.

I have been unable to reach anyone at CBP by phone so I tried to work through its online system. PROBLEM 1: I could not register because The Electronic Authorization Form did not allow me to accept the conditions. PROBLEM 2: When I tried to submit my claim without registering the website told me that (a) no forms were available and (b) that electronic submission was not possible at this time. Please advise on how I can have my claim processed! VERY FRUSTRATING
This will be the last time I will buy anything from this insurance company, I file a small claim (less than $120) for a medical policy back in December 2021, and despite constant emails and follow up, they kept saying they are backlogged and 4 months later no reimbursements.
Travelers beware, Do Not assume you are buying peace of mind, They will not process your claim and you will not have insurance!!!
The customer service is absolutely horrible.
Trawick / CBPconnect never answers the phone, I have been on permanent hold each time I call in.
I finally spoke with customer service representative Terry on 3/29/22 who promised that a Manager would call me back, and they never did
I cannot even find out the status of my claim on-line at CBPconnect.com
It is totally inexcusable to have this poor customer service and claim management process.
Covid is no longer an excuse...hire more people to efficiently and quickly manage claims.
And fix the CBPconnect website so claim status can be viewed at any time.

My experience with Trawick has not been great. The international phone number did not work from Iceland, so I was not able to connect to them when one of our bags was delayed >24 hours. We did submit a claim but have been told it will take a long time for them to respond to us because they are too busy. It was really disconcerting not to be able to contact our travel insurance company when there was actually a problem. I would not use them again.
Your claim provider is asking for proof of payment for my trip. I submitted it with the claim
