    My wife fell during our trip and it was very reassuring that we had travel insurance. She is seeing a doctor now, but seeing a doctor while we were traveling was very good, and aided in her recovery. Thank you for another layer of protection while we travel. Note: We also purchased insurance through you for our upcoming trip.

    Very slow in responding to any emails and even to begin the process of assigning the claim to an adjuster. Waited over a month and a half before they assigned it to someone and another month and a half before the claim was paid. Will not be using them anymore.

    Files claim on 3/13/2022 and have not yet seen any results or had any feedback other than they received it.
    All flights were canceled out of Chicago to the South east on 3/12/2022. With that we missed our ship. Hoping to hear from them this week.

    It took over 2 months for the claim to process, and it processed within a week of complaining to square mouth.

    It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone to speak with to help us get started with our claim. We wanted to make sure we were doing the right things and collecting the pertinent information for our claim. Hoping the rest of the process will be now user friendly.

    We called the 24 hour number and never got an answer! Filed a claim 2 weeks ago and still no response except an auto generated email saying “very busy” .

    My experience with Squaremouth has been great. Unfortunately, I needed to file a claim with Trawick due to an extended baggage delay. The website they offer to upload the supporting documents and claim filing did not work properly, so I had to email them all of the supporting documents. Hopefully they process it relatively quickly, although an auto-response via email suggested that they are backlogged.

    I have filed a claim a couple of dates before our travel date because we got COVID. It has been 3 months and we do not even have a claim #. No one respond us or pick up the phone. Awful experience and we did not receive our refund.
