Very slow in responding to any emails and even to begin the process of assigning the claim to an adjuster. Waited over a month and a half before they assigned it to someone and another month and a half before the claim was paid. Will not be using them anymore.

My experience with Squaremouth has been great. Unfortunately, I needed to file a claim with Trawick due to an extended baggage delay. The website they offer to upload the supporting documents and claim filing did not work properly, so I had to email them all of the supporting documents. Hopefully they process it relatively quickly, although an auto-response via email suggested that they are backlogged.
they are helpful when i call them, my claim is in processes but still waiting for result, i couldn't travel because my covid -19 test came positive.
I have filed a claim a couple of dates before our travel date because we got COVID. It has been 3 months and we do not even have a claim #. No one respond us or pick up the phone. Awful experience and we did not receive our refund.
