Have not received any updates on claim that was filed two weeks ago other than the confirmation email that it was filed. When I check status online it doesn’t show that I filed a claim.

Since Jan 31 I have not received any reimbursement nor did they pay up front. Trawick is a scam. I hear nothing from them.
Squaremouth is an efficient and easy way to get insurance. I have yet to find any other business that can beat the cost of insuring a trip through Squaremouth.
My latest cruise, I had to cancel due to I tested positive for COVID this I could not get on the ship. I submitted a claim with Traywick International.

It has been 8 weeks since the claim was submitted, and I have not heard a single word from Trawick International other than "claims will be processed in the order received." I have written twice asking for ANY information about an approximate date my claim might be viewed and have heard NOTHING. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with their customer service. I would appreciate a phone call from Squaremouth or Trawick International to help me understand the poor communication practices and to hear when my claim will be processed.
I am not sure that is who I am with. My policy says Nationwide. But so far, I have not heard anything from them. I put the request in last week (online) and if nothing else, expected an e-mail or phone call.
At this time Trawick is processing a lot of claims and response to my claim is taking some time. I can say this is concerning with the amount of money I am trying to have returned for the cruise I was unable to take due to COVID. I have also called and it takes a significant amount of time to talk to and agent.
I filed a claim on January 6th and two months later have heard nothing back other than an automated acknowledgment of the claim receipt. Multiple phone calls where never answered even though I was on hold for more than an hour each time. I called several numbers, including Trawick, your claim processing company and Nationwide Insurance and no one could provide any information on the claim. The best advice I received was from Nationwide, which had not yet received the claim from your agent, that was wait an additional 90 days to bother to call the your claim processing firm as it was experiencing long delays in processing claims.
Only received an auto response- Need either payment or some other response as to why claim has not been handled. Paul Miller

I filed my claim, twice now, but have had no response to either. I keep getting message of how busy you are in both email and phone.
I can’t even confirm documents have been received and is processing.

I filed a claim. I could not find a good fax number so I sent my claim by us mail. I finally received notice that they got my claim. However during the period that I could not contact Trawick International I decided to take the The cruise line credit. So I no longer need to file a claim. You can cancel the mailed claim that I sent.
