My attempts to contact a representative, both by email and telephone, have been fruitless. It has been over 45 days since my first email contact and filing of a claim. I was asked for additional information and provided that 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for a refund of the policy in lieu of filing any claims. Your company has been nonresponsive to my requests and i would not use you again.
It has taken a very long time to get our claim settled.
From Las Vegas to Ohare we were delayed 21/2 hours so we missed our connecting flight from Ohare to Ft Lauderdale. They put us on a flight from Ohare to Miami. In Miami we had to take a taxi to our home, which costed $95. We finally arrived home about 12 midnight. Thankfully American Airlines had put our luggage on that plane, so no issues there. Do I have a claim because of the delay and re-routing?
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOWING RETURN FROM OUR TRIP. CANNOT EVEN REACH THEM BY PHONE AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS AT A MINIMUM OF 45 MINUTE WAIT ON HOLD EACH TIME.

Impossible to reach TRAWICK by phone. I completed my trip and needed important information/advice and felt 100% ignored. Not what I expected as SquareMouth assured me they were a standup firm.

Impossible to reach by phone after 8 attempts and hours on hold. Finally responded to an email but didn't answer my questions in the email and was over a day later when I needed answers quickly before I was scheduled to leave.

I was worried that our claim would be denied because our trip got cancelled due to Covid, but the process was incredibly easy. We submitted our forms and that was it. One month later we had a full refund. We're pleased we bought insurance for this trip as we don't usually buy trip insurance. It saved us thousands of dollars. We will be using this company again!
I mailed in the completed claim form with supporting documentation via US mail on 1/31/2022 and have yet to receive a response other than that they are very busy at this time. It is currently 2/13/2022. Hope to hear from them soon. I realize they are busy due to COVID but I should have at least received some acknowledgement that the claim was received by now.

Initial representative was very helpful with starting the claims process and sent me the required forms while I was still on the phone with her.
I tried calling the domestic customer service line when I wound up stranded in Miami for two nights but they were closed and the voicemail was full so I couldn’t communicate with anyone.
