I have tried calling you and Nationwide to file a claim due to the trip cancellation because my husband tested positive for Covid 19 on December 24th. No one answered the calls. After spending hours researching and found the information I needed, I emailed my claim form to 'NWTravClaims@cbpinsure.com' several times to no avail. NO ONE, absolutely no one has reached out to me at all. I would very much appreciate it if you could facilitate this claim. Thank you.
We purchased non refundable tickets so thought it was wise to get insurance. Boy was it ever as I contracted covid.

I've been trying to file a claim with the insurance for a week now. I cannot get through to anyone over the phone. I have emailed all claims documents to the address and only got automated replies. I also tried to register online, and the insurance certificate number on my certificate of insurance was rejected by the website. I'll be pursuing small claims court next, as there doesn't seem to be any other way of getting through to you guys.

My family tested passive for covid 2 days before the trip. I called the company countless times and was never able to speak. I made a complaint through the internet and I've been waiting for them to get in touch with me, it's already been 2 weeks.

I am waiting to hear back on the small claim I made. If I read the policy right, I was entitled to get up to $400 in reimbursement if my luggage was delayed. I had bought the policy to cover potential Covid issues, but submitted a claim for $24 for a pair of shorts that doubled as a bathing suit, since when my luggage was delayed by over 24 hours (and all I had were the jeans I flew down in from Chicago to Cancun). Hope to hear soon on the claim, but the process to purchase and the response from customer service was very helpful
This has been on of the worst experiences from the beginning. The initial call was taken by a rude representative who spoke to me rude and condescending. The claim process leaves much to be desired. After nearly a month after my claim I received a message for more information that was already included in the initial claim. When I try to call week after week for n update I am on hold in excess of 2 hours or the calls just ends and I have to call back. When I send an email I get this initial respond and then after 3 days of waiting for a response this is how my email is answered.

The whole claim process has been ridiculous and quite frankly, feels fraudulent. I have not even been able to submit an email for the past two weeks because of something down on your system. Response from customer service is essentially nonexistent. When I do speak with someone, the conversation is filled with excuses about how overworked and understaffed your company is.
