They take forever to answer the phone, claim they are short staffed, and then tell me that our claim is being reviewed and will be determined within 4 weeks. . . it's been 6, the trip we were going to take has come and gone and now I'm wondering if I will ever get the insurance money. We have filed a claim (as our flight was canceled and we were unable to get to our cruise). We received an auto email response back that said it would take 15 business days before we here anything. So we are just waiting to hear back and hoping we will receive the payment we should receive.
It has been over 4 months since my claim was submitted. I have tried emailing multiple times for an update. My online account "does not exist" even though I am logging in with the information provided on the account setup confirmation email. I cannot submit a question online as I get an error that states "your email format is incorrect." I have tried calling on three separate occasions, I am on hold for over an hour each time and I never reach anyone. I've attempted to use multiple avenues to try and get this figured out and none of them are working. My experience has been incredibly frustrating.

It took three days of trying to contact Trawick International customer service in order to get the information that I needed to file my claim. After the third day the customer rep. was very friendly and was able to help me.
