I know Trawick is snowed under, but I filed that claim many moons ago and all I hear when I inquire is that they're very busy. Well, its time for them to hire more people, I guess. I'm not satisfied with my experience to date.
I could not get ahold of the 24hr customer service. I called multiple times, left voicemails and sent emails with no response. I have filed a claim and it's still in processing. I have tried emailing additional documentation and I have not gotten any confirmation.
There was a long delay in determination of our claim, a full two months from when they received the request and all information. I realize this was due to COVID issues and accept the final determination but I think the delay was too long. This would not prevent me from purchasing a policy from Trawick again if it seemed the most cost effective for the trip.
Claim fully paid, but took a couple of months. Also very old technology - I had to email a word document zip file of my receipts (!!) and no way to check status online

I filed a claim 6 weeks ago and have yet to hear from them after multiple calls and email inquiries.
I've heard nothing regarding the claim submitted I submitted a month ago. It was for a much lower dollar amount than expected, because the owner of the rental home surprised us and gave us a full refund against policy. We are unable to resolve the airfare, however, and cannot use a credit because my husband is very ill.
All required paperwork for claim mailed to Trawick in mid-August. No response to date as of end of Sept.
Complete rip off, will never use this company again.
