Our claim has not been processed as yet. It has been over 30 days since our cruise was cancelled.
Need to know when we will get satisfaction and payment for the money we paid for the cruise and the insurance to cover this.

I could not connect with a human to assist with filing our claim for trip cancellation. We cancelled because my mother was hospitalized and was in serious condition (not COVID related). I submitted the claim online 10 days ago and so far have heard nothing from Traywick.

I filed the claim on July 23rd by email because it was the only method Trawick International would accept. After numerous attempts to connect to a human, and getting only recorded messages, I had to download a claim form and upload numerous documents. I received a generic confirmation email that said it would take at least 15 days to review the claim. There was no correspondence from Trawick International after that, but six weeks later I received a check for the full amount of the claim. There was no letter with the check, and no email correspondence to let me know the claim was complete. I'm satisfied that the insurance paid the claim, but very dissatisfied with the process. Trawick International has no customer support system to answer questions. I'm computer-literate enough to have been able to navigate their process, but for older people who may not have the skills or access to do everything by computer, there is no way for them to file a claim or talk to someone.
My baggage was delayed for 5 days and I filed a claim to be reimbursed for necessities. I can provide you with better feedback once the claim is processed.

My luggage was lost on it's way to my final destination. When I returned, I filled out the claim form, submitted all of the documents requested, and in about one month my claim was processed and I was issued a check. I had no issues with the insurance.
I got different answers every time I talked with somebody, and mostly no replies at all to the emails that I sent. After sending in a ton of info, I was told much later that it was up to me to contact my primary health insurance carrier, which cost us a week's worth of time.
I am happy for the end result as the claim was ultimately paid out. However the wait was far too long with no communications to the customer whatsoever and without an ability to check the status. So that is reflected in the rating

Trip was canceled by Holland America and claim was mailed to Trawick last week after all Trawick requested documentation was finally able to be assembled
At this point, we are waiting for Trawick's refund

Square mouth was awesome and really helpful in answering my questions. However, filing a claim with trawick has been slow and burdensome. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't had any contact about my claim yet
