Trawick customers appreciate the value for money offered by the policies and the ease of modifying them before a trip. However, some travelers report difficulty reaching customer service, particularly after filing a claim.
Purchasing the policy was easy and clean. Filing a claim was straight forward: I sent an email, received forms, and filled them out and mailed them, tracking provided, to the address stipulated. However, that's where things stopped and my insurer started putting up barriers. Even though all materials requested: medical questionnaire, doctor's statements, clinic statements and all doctor and clinic receipts were provided, I keep getting requests for an additional medical questionnaire. I would like this claim resolved before I re-up this month. I will re-up as soon as this is resolved.
Mark, GBG needs the accident questionnaire filled out because you did not give details in the claim form nor in the medical records about how you were injured the medical accident form you sent back was blank. Once you have answered the questions on the form the rest of the process should go smoothly. They are waiting on you as of today 6/12/17. I would love to provide more feedback once this claim is complete, but at this point, two months after I expected to be refunded for trip interruption, I still have not seen a refund.
h, that you for submitting a review. GBG just received the required documents to complete your claim on 10/17 which is just 11 days ago. Once they had the complete file they needed to have the documents translated to English which took a little more time than usual. Your claim now been processed and you should receive reimbursement for eligible expenses within 10-15 business days.
I was distressed several times with getting sick on this overseas trip. I am so thankful for Jane Pennington and her expertise in handling my claim. What a lovely incredible woman she is.
I recommend Trawick to many people who are travelling and always will.

This is the second trip I've used Trawick International or GBG. I've been pleased with my experience.
I submitted my claim for a refund of air tickets due to the trip cancelation a month ago (12 January). Since that time I did not get any responces regarging an outcome of my claim that make me unhappy.
We never went on the trip. We had a death in the family. I filed a claim but have not heard anything yet.
Pleas provide an email address to which I can forward details of my appeal, since I am of the opinion that it reflects badly on your firm.
At this time I would no recommend this policy
My claim was filed pre departure due to the eafthquake in Nepal. Trawick was basically useless, but nice.....
I had to go back to Squaremouth to get anything accomplished with the third party that pays. Trawick could not seem to do it Squaremouth did
It got done to my satisfaction but took about one month
I would not recommend Squaremouth again if one must work with Trawick
I have filed a claim and I have had no communication or contact with the company thus far.
So far, everything has gone as expected. The agent gave very specific instructions to assist me in making sure that my claim would be approved. I am waiting on it to be completed, but anticipate that it should work out fine.
