Easy to attain travel insurance with excellent coverage for reasonable price

Reasonable cost and good customer service

Had to cancel my trip due to medical reasons. Filing a claim with Trawick was very easy and customer service was excellent. They help me thru the process

I filed an electronic claim 2 weeks ago. There is no record of it. The chat person states they can’t help with claims.

I was able to speak with a representative of Trawick about timing of filing a claim when we were unable to return as planned and were delayed in Nashville due to my friend's sickness.
I submitted a claim by mail on August 29th and plan to call and confirm receipt soon.

A claim is in progress. 15 days are needed. Waiting to hear from Trawick.

I am not sure what to think of travel insurance as I read about people being denied claims due to difficulties of having the documents the insurance company says they have to have. I am glad That use of the insurance was not needed. I think travel insurance is too expensive for people who are not wealthy as I believe travel insurance is easily paid out to rich people and not paid out for people who who are not wealthy. Insurance industry image is not good.

I have never purchased travel insurance before and was a bit nervous about doing it. After COVID, it seemed a necessary item to have and it gave me great peace of mind. The process of comparing policies and selecting one was easy. I contacted Trawick with some questions and they answered them quickly and clearly.

Terrible service no updates horrible customer service long wait for answers still don’t have any answer.agent told me 60 days for an answer no email about status no corespondents All around horrible customer service my next move will be on social media if I don’t get an answer soon
