After filing claim on 8/6/24 having problems with the application I still didn't receive the claim number and any confirmation that the case was opened

Call center from Dublin (GMT) around 9 AM was not helpful. Person was nice but info could not be confirmed. She recommended calling during business hours in the US. Again, not helpful when we were wanting some information on our policy.
Trawick International took 5 months to find the slightest reason to deny a legitimate claim. The least they could do is approve the loss of $90 for 3 US passport cards that were lost from our baggage.
Wouldn't travel without insurance from Trawick. Excellent customer service.

I don’t recommend using this provider due to poor customer service and very slow responses. Thankfully, I was able to resolve the issue with the airline as this insurance policy was useless (waste of money)…recommend Amex travel insurance.
At this time the insurance is fine. I need to file a claim.
Gave me peace of mind that any problem encountered would be covered & help was available. Fortunately, I had no health or other problems during my monthly travel.
I filed a claim 07/31 and then reached out to the customer service on Aug 2 and had to leave a voice mail and I have not heard back
