Travis, international assistance was giving me a hard time.
They received a document from the Cardiologist in Paris,France, and claimed that they can’t open the file in the format it was sent, and demanded a PDF file.
I couldn’t contact the Dr., and needed to get back to the US ASAP. To continue my treatment. So I arranged my travel by myself, as my flights options were limited.

It is taking too long to settle this claim. The facts were clearly documented. Yet it has been around 6 weeks without resolution.

Process to get the clai form was clunky (took one phone call and several online inquiries.) Form was straightforward. Timeline for processing was acceptable. Unfortunately, claim was denied but they gave a thorough description of what claim was not covered.
My claim was filed July 23, 2024. Today is August 14 and claim is not complete.
Terrible scam of a company. Trying to file claim on one day lost of vacation due to flight cancellation. The third-party company Trawick uses to handle claims has locked us out of the claim portal and we cannot get in contact with anyone to help us. I believe this is an intentional ploy And will be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well as Remember possibly pursuing a class action lawsuit
After filing claim on 8/6/24 having problems with the application I still didn't receive the claim number and any confirmation that the case was opened

It’s been 3 weeks and Trawick still hasn’t responded other than they have accepted the claim
Call center from Dublin (GMT) around 9 AM was not helpful. Person was nice but info could not be confirmed. She recommended calling during business hours in the US. Again, not helpful when we were wanting some information on our policy.
