After submitting my claim there was no contact from the insurance company other then the acknowledgement that a claim was filled.
After about 3-1/2 weeks I called and was told the check was in the mail. An email keeping me informed as to the status of the claim would have been nice.
The Squaremouth customer service rep was fine, the policy chosen was not.
I would give a zero rating if I had this option. Trawick did not reach out and is hard to get a hold of for my claim which I processed and sent. Never received an answer
Would have liked to have seen the detailed breakdown of what and why we were refunded prior to check distribution - I am not 100% confident that we got what I expected and I couldnt tell.
It's been really slow to get response I asked for further information about the claim and have been waiting on a response for over a week and have heard nothing. Just want an explanation of why the amount was settled on and if that was the correct determination.
