Trawick International Travel Insurance Reviews

Claim is still outstanding after 6 weeks. Trawick claims hurricane Ian has delayed claims processing and it may be 12 to 15 weeks from claim date. Seems excessive.

Just prior to departure, our travel agent said we would have to have in-hand proof of coverage, including certificate, card, etc. One email to the company and within 5 minutes ALL the requested documents were sent to me. Nice! Alleviated that stressor quickly.

Our trip was good and safe. Thank you for the insurance. We didn’t have to worry before we got to the trip.

I just tried to open a claim and called several numbers, but everything went back to go on line. I tried and it was off line. I did not receive any help at all. This is going to be a very long and frustrating process. Without any help. I will appreciate any help.

Easy to get policy

the policy that I purchased from Trawick International covered a gap in my previous travel insurance. This policy was reasonably priced and provided assurance that my insurance needs were covered.

Very easy to sign up and questions I had were answered promptly.

help in finding a local doctor was appreciated.

Contracted Covid in Vietnam. Trawick was unable to give me a referral to a local physician.
