Was really a seamless experience. We changed our dates of travel, when I called to change our travel dates I got a real person on the phone.
The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable, it took him about 5 minutes to make the change. I would and will recommend this company, for family and friends that plan to travel.
I filed my claim. Their Website wouldn't let me log in with my policy number and information but I was able to submit my claim through email. I called a week later and they told me they had my information. It would be 60 days to process my claim I was told.

A hurricane went through my vacation destinations about 6 days before my arrival. When I called Trawick to figure out what I would need to do to file a claim if I was unable to go, they were more than helpful on the phone and explained everything in detail with multiple cancellation options under the policy .
We called customer service during our trip when in Vienna. We selected the option for "medical emergency" as my husband was ill with Covid. We were surprised to wait around 10 minutes until a representative was available. She had difficulty locating a dr. for my husband in Vienna and had a hard time with the street names. Also she had a baby and dog barking in the background. In the end she told us to find a dr. and then submit a claim. With little research I located a place he could get a PCR test and found the Vienna government covid hotline, which arranged for a physician to come to our apartment.

Trawick was very helpful in clarifying a couple things that Squaremouth felt more comfortable having Trawick explain.
I have been waiting on Air France to respond to a request for payment to me for late departure and interruption of travel plans.
They have not yet responded (after 4 months) so I may need to file with SquareMouth.
