Trying to log in to their member portal for claim, unable to do so and the policy account was locked. Sent an email to request unlock, no respond. Called the customer service, keep on asking me to log in to member portal even they knew my policy is locked.

very disappointed that they will not pay claim for delayed baggage unless I get report from airline as airline is not cooperating

The website to file claims is not working. Also, the doctors they had in Korea could not prescribe any medications because they were outside of Korea????

They eventually paid up, but the process was slow and laborious. Required multiple communications, which included requests for "more information" even though that information had already been clearly labelled and provided. Then, no response for a while and suddeny a check showed up in the mail.
Squaremouth insurance coverage made me feel secure in knowing that I was protected should any incident or accident would have happened.

The purchasing process was easy peasy, I did file a claim due to flight delays, missed connection flight and having to stay overnight in my connecting city. I’ll let you know how the claim goes.

Seamless process. You send all the required information and the claim was processed and paid within 8 weeks. A few notes: 1) They should have a process for direct deposit for claims into customer's bank account 2) Their email response was slow but they did answer and completed the process.

The reps I chatted and talked with were friendly and helpful, but the process for filing a claim and getting info to return home early had unreasonable standards and caused a lot of stress and run-around. I was very unhappy it took almost 24 hours for the medical team to review my claim when I was told it would only be a few hours. The reason for this was because my issue occurred over the weekend, but this is not acceptable as a person can get injured any day of the week. Furthermore, the response from the medical team (that I had to return to a medical facility to get an x-ray) would have caused further delay since I was out of the country and did not have transportation. I ended up returning early on my own rather than jump through more hoops and be in more pain without appropriate medical intervention. I am now trying to figure out how to submit a claim on the website and it is far from user friendly. I'm only allowed to upload 1 PDF per category and there are not enough categories. I tried to chat with customer support and they told me they could not help. I called them just before 5:00pm CST and they were closed. I'm worried that if I don't submit my claim to exact standards it will be denied.
I am left to wonder if WorldTrips intentionally makes the process difficult to dissuade people from using them, which would help WorldTrip's profit margins. My friend used TripMate, and her process was mush easier.

First, I want to apologize for the previous review. Indeed, you have refunded me up to the max allowable per day for a trip delay. I have had so much going on that I had forgotten that this claim was finalized weeks ago. I have another situation that's occupied my time and I had forgotten that this was completely resolved.
