The claims process was a little frustrating due to slow email communication. I had to call so many phone numbers and email WorldTrips just to get the correct email for claims. It was inconvenient to be calling long distance while still traveling. I did eventually get reimbursed for my medical expenses after approx 6 weeks and a number of back and forth emails. I was surprised to receive the reimbursement check since I did not get an email confirming that reimbursement was in process and approved. The lack of status update was frustrating but I was glad to receive the check.

Wold Trips is great. They/are very easy to deal with and flexible about changing trip dates and trips without any financial penalty, even trip to was cancelled by a travel coordinator a t the last minute.

Biggest problem was the bait-and-switch on the medical coverage. As advertised, it claimed to offer $250K in primary medical coverage. When the policy actually issued, the medical dropped to $50K with the claim that the reduced amount was all that was available to me as a New Hampshire resident.
After some complaints to both the carrier customer service and Squaremouth, they finally agreed to honor the original $250K, but the whole thing left a very sour taste in my mouth and real uncertainty about using Squaremouth for insurance purchases in the future.

Because we were fortunate in avoiding the need to file a claim, all we can say is personnel we interacted to understand the policy and for purchasing it were very good to deal with. We'll certainly keep you guys in mind going forward.
