“WorldTrips policy: ElevateBiggest problem was the bait-and-switch on the medical coverage. As advertised, it claimed to offer $250K in primary medical coverage. When the policy actually issued, the medical dropped to $50K with the claim that the reduced amount was all that was available to me as a New Hampshire resident.
After some complaints to both the carrier customer service and Squaremouth, they finally agreed to honor the original $250K, but the whole thing left a very sour taste in my mouth and real uncertainty about using Squaremouth for insurance purchases in the future.

“WorldTrips policy: Atlas Journey PreferredMy trip was cancelled the day before departure through no fault of my own. The trip coordinator refunded my money.
But I tried to get a my travel. Insurance refunded or transferred to another trip.
