Seven Corners Travel Insurance Reviews

I don't know yet about the claim because I just submitted it.

They have been very unresponsive, no resolve.

I did not need to use the insurance, nor contact Squaremouth, so I have no experience to comment on.

We did not need to file a claim. This is the first time I have ever bought travel insurance, and I felt comfortable with the company and the coverage.

I didn't receive much help when I called your toll free line re: my claim. Wanted to know if it would be covered and the woman told me she didn't know because it wasn't submitted at the time of the illness...really? She told me to submit it anyway because she wasn't in the benefits dept. So, I wouldn't give you too much of a rating for help. I mailed the claim on April 14th.

The online purchase of the policy was straightforward and the extent of coverage was easily comprehensible. The one-page printable summary was useful.

We had no need to contact you during our trip.

The policy was not used, so I don't feel adequate to comment. It was reassuring though that we had it if we needed it. Thanks.
