Site was very easy to use. I really liked the ability to compare policies based on factors that were important to me. I have used other sites in the past and Sqaremouth was clearly better.
AXA was able to reimburse me for my missed flight and an extra stay at another hotel that was not part of my original itinerary. I filled out the claim form and mailed it in. However, I did not receive a response either through email or phone. More than 2 weeks elapsed, so I needed to follow up, at which point a customer representative then followed up on the issue. Only then I saw momentum with my case and the reimbursement checks were mailed out to me. And the customer representatives were short and impatient on the phone. I did not have the best experience on the phone with their representatives, but they got the job done at the end of the day.
This is our second time that we buy insurance through you. We did it because we had a good experience and we would do it again.

I am still in-process of obtaining my claim form and submitting to AXA. The call wait was some what lengthy. Overall, their policies are very good and affordable for the coverage and have used them on two International trips so far. If all goes good with this claim (resulting from British Airways travel issues) will for sure look for purchase from AXA again.
claim was handled on a timely basis and received a check for clothing and necessities because of a 2 day luggage delay. AXA however did not reimburse me for a hotel stay which I submitted for the first day which kept us in Gibraltar while waiting for our luggage.
Other than purchasing coverage, we had no interaction with AXA.
I had an emergency room visit for a sprained and bruised ankle and needed x-rays and stitches. I will now start a claim and hope to be reimbursed. According to the policy, I should be reimbursed.
