The process was easier than I thought it would be. I only have one issue. I waited for contact at the month mark when I was told the claim would be finalized. When I reached out to them I was informed that the cancellation form from my travel agent was missing. I reviewed all my documents that I had sent via the postal service. It was sent along with many other documents and some how only this one was lost by them. I asked why had I not been contacted about this. This was the one and only document holding up the processing of my claim. The representative I spoke with could not answer my question. She said I needed to resend it and it would enter the review process again. I requested to speak with a supervisor. I was connected with a supervisor. He listened to my concerns and quickly resolved this issue. By days end I had confirmation my claim would be paid on full and a check in my hand with in 10 days. I was pleasantly surprised that that in fact occurred. I will purchase insurance through them again. Have a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
We are not sure who exactly we spoke with. We were in Argentina when we made the calls. We were hoping to file the claim with the airline ourselves, but they are not returning any correspondence with us. We are waiting on some information and then will file our claim.

I had some questions about cancellation and emergency procedures as I was going to several areas that could be mildly risky (near Mt. Agung, etc.). The customer service rep was very patient as he walked me through contingency plans, what would or wouldn't be covered, and how to go about filing a claim if it were needed. Would definitely use again.

I was told different information by two different agents. The policy was not what I expected regarding emergency services, as they were not very helpful during my emergency.
