    Purchasing Travel Insurance from AXA Assistance was pretty clear and straightforward done online.
    Prior to our trip I called AXA to discuss my medical status that somewhat deteriorated close to our departure date. AXA representative clearly explained to me how to deal with such case if it become necessary to cancel our trip. Fortunately we were able to go and did not need any medical help while out of the country.

    The gentleman I spoke with on the phone explained everything about the policy to me so I would understand it. Very nice young man. Told me everything I needed to know.     The only way to really see if a company is good is if I had to use it. Since I didn't, I can only rate on the service I had while purchasing the policy which is usually good.
