Unfortunatly due to severe back issues my doctor advised me not to take trip. Since I couldn;t walk without assisstance I felt it was in my best interest not to go Dr. Kent advised against it.
Filed claim for a medical visit on ship. I am waiting for results of claim.
I did file a claim. Just mailed in all my paperwork.
No complaints. All good. I have not begun to complete my claim. Hopefully, it, too, will be a positive experienced.
Very helpful with seeking medical attention for my wife while on cruise. Had to submit claim material piecemeal rather than all at once but still was able to process claim

Claim still had not been paid. Been 5 weeks since claim was submitted. I will not be using Square Mouth ever again. I am very dissatisfied.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED, if not MAD at how slow my appeal has been processed. I filed an appeal March 25, 2024. NO RESPONSE AS YET EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED A CANCEL FOR ANY REASON POLICY.
We could argue about the ********* denial I first received re: cancelation of travel to Tel Aviv. I provided documentation to show when and why the tour was cancelled. The tour provider and Delta Airlines reimbursed me to a large degree. My claim is relatively miniscule compared to what I originally paid. You will still make money on me. And yet my simple appeal had taken 8 weeks. Not acceptable. I am happy to share my bad experience with all my traveling friends and social media followers.
It should be zero star. I filed a claim on 11/3/23 online. No reply, no email. I called and I was told I will be contacted by MAIL. At this time and age, Starr does not do email. WTF? The claim is for $289.75. I am so disappointed and will not buy insurance from them every again.
Answered all my questions.
We didn’t have to use the policy, but found getting the policy online was easy.
My preference would be to just provide the medical professional with a card and have them handle all the billing. I'm not sure why I need to fill out all the paperwork as I don't have direct access to the knowledge and data that the medical professionals who provided the service do.
