My flight was cancelled last minute by Air France ( Bangalore / India to Dallas TX ) but I was able to rebook only on 23 rd in the same carrier. No cost to rebooking . I stayed 5 nights in Bangalore , prior to my return trip. . I sent a mail to Customer care of the insurance company but no one responded yet. I could not get through their phone also.I am planning to recoup my lodging expenses occurred at that time . No response shocked me. Luckily Airlines rebooked . Mohan.

They are taking very long to process the claims. I purchased policies for 2 trips (mid-July and early August). My wife was hospitalized for the first trip, and eventually passed away before the second trip. I filed the claims in mid August and have yet to receive confirmation of the claims despite submitting all the required paperwork (it is mid-September now).
We have a legitimate claim an of course the rejected payment. It has caused us to rethink ever buying travel insurance again
I submitted a claim with my insured company and my claim was not granted due to their so called policy but I had a good case due to my job being in jeopardy with the diss mantle of the agency I worked for.

I am not pleased with my claim due to the fact that nothing was changed in honor of the customer’s benefit. And the only reason I gave my survey a “2” stars due to the fact that the company reached out to me in a reasonable manner when I made a complaint.
