Also we had multiple emails back and forth which made the process lengthy

I unfortunately got ill and was hospitalized the day we were supposed to leave my boyfriend and I were going to leave for our Safari. The claim process was simple and we were able to get our reimbursement within 2 weeks. I didn’t need to do any follow up, the check just arrived in the mail.
