I did not use it so I don't know how would have work out but the customer service agent who sold the insurance was very, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would use it again.

It is truly difficult to try to get any action from your company. We have been in contact with your company since August 3. We have turned in all the information except the airline report they wanted on the delay due to a runway shut down. I have contacted the airline (Alaska) twice and still can't get it resolved. They keep saying they will contact the controller but still no notice. We had 18 on our trip that was affected by this and so far none have received anything from your company. I do not feel I would ever want tto deal with your company again. We were made to stay in the Seattle airport two days because of this.

I have received about 1/2 of my requested reimbursement and have filed an appeal. The explanation they provided was quite inadequate. I am waiting to hear about the appeal. I did receive a check for some compensation within 2 weeks of filing my claim and their communication (except for the explanation noted above) has been good.
Square mouth is our go-to insurance for international travel. It usually provides the best coverage at the best cost.
Thankfully, we did not experience any difficulties during our 2-week trip to Wales. But I always feel assured that if I should need to submit a claim, it will be handled with personal care and attention by competent professionals.
I have provided HTH with the required information for a claim and I'm waiting for a response
The language should include a statement like "There is no benefit for inconvenience in regards to delayed baggage." 5 of our baggage was delayed 6 hours but we did not purchase anything to replace items. Therefore we received no compensation. The title "Delayed Baggage" is not correct. The benefit should read that HTH Travel Insurance will compensate for items for the exact price paid that we purchased as a result of my baggage being delayed.
I appreciated being able to send the supporting documents of my illness online and I received confirmation that they were received. The documents were very promptly reviewed and approved. A check for the full amount paid for the medical treatment arrived very quickly. I am fully satisfied.
Looking forward to my claim being settled with a full reimbursement for interrupted travel due to flight cancellations.
