Very difficult to reach them and when I did they would only say I had to file my small claim through the internet. I told them it was difficult for me as they sent me the claiim form and it would not fill out on the computer and they refused to do anything about it so I did download the forms and tried to fill them out by hand and mail them in, I have not heard anything, i was hoping that by using your service i was provided a legitimate company but now I am unsure so very disappointed so far for the premium we paid, Thank you

Liked the coverage offered and value. Easy to go on line and purchase it. Liked that it was primary for health Insurance. Also strong rated company

Excellent experience with HTH Travel Insurance. Great coverage for short term travel. Will use HTH again

HTH was very helpful all along the way.

Trip went as planned,did not need to file a claim.

Experience was good. I had mono issues, no claims, so I am not able to judge whether a lower priced policy would have been just as good.

Nothing to add, other than will use your service when travelling abroad again
