HTH was very helpful all along the way.

Trip went as planned,did not need to file a claim.

Experience was good. I had mono issues, no claims, so I am not able to judge whether a lower priced policy would have been just as good.

Nothing to add, other than will use your service when travelling abroad again

No response since then
I work in claims - I did not expect this.
Could not speak to someone live - kept being told to hold by customer service - never spoke to someone in claims.

It was extremely difficult to communicate with HTH Travel Insurance and ultimately they did not provide the help needed.

So far HTH is asking for the same information that I sent with the initial claim, which is a discouraging start. My claim is relatively small, $140 for a lost phone, and I am asking for the FMV of the nearly two year old phone, not the replacement cost.

My claim to get reimbursed for one doctor visit is still in progress.
