Before leaving for my trip, I realized there was a typo on the insurance documents regarding the dates of my trip,
so I sent an email and immediately it was fixed. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the fast turn around to send
me the corrected documents.
The sailing date received by HTH From Square mouth was In error.
It took two days of phone calls to correct the sailing date.
My wife was admitted to Brisbane Royal Hospital on March 26 for one night.
I called HTL Office next few days to advise situation

I needed assistance to figure out how to upgrade my coverage after I had established a policy. Customer Service (via email) was very helpful and comprehensive within one exchange.
My experience with your travel insurance which I did not have to use, was very good. Your rates fit in very well with my budget for myself and my 90 year old mother. We had to pay more for her but it was still reasonable.

We needed medical assistance during our trip, while out of the country. I was on hold for over 30 minutes to talk to medical customer assistance. If this was a true extreme medical emergency, I could not have waited that long to seek assistance. I was very disappointed especially because I am a travel agent And recommend Travel Insurance to my clients every day. I will definitely not be recommending your policy to any future clients, waiting 30 minutes on hold for a medical emergency assistance is just not acceptable.
So many choices available for coverage which was good. It was a learning experience - not familiar with all the ins and outs of what is and is not covered. Just glad that we didn't have to submit a claim. Trip was great and we were all healthy.
