HTH Travel Insurance customers appreciate the option to submit claims documents online and feel that the policies offer good value for their money. However, some travelers report having trouble contacting the provider’s 24-hour Emergency Assistance department.
It was extremely difficult to communicate with HTH Travel Insurance and ultimately they did not provide the help needed.
So far HTH is asking for the same information that I sent with the initial claim, which is a discouraging start. My claim is relatively small, $140 for a lost phone, and I am asking for the FMV of the nearly two year old phone, not the replacement cost.
My claim to get reimbursed for one doctor visit is still in progress.
Had to call a couple different numbers to get a few simple questions answered so it made me concerned if I did have an issue or to file a claim so that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5

Before leaving for my trip, I realized there was a typo on the insurance documents regarding the dates of my trip,
so I sent an email and immediately it was fixed. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the fast turn around to send
me the corrected documents.
The sailing date received by HTH From Square mouth was In error.
It took two days of phone calls to correct the sailing date.
My wife was admitted to Brisbane Royal Hospital on March 26 for one night.
I called HTL Office next few days to advise situation
