It took 7 phone calls to reach an agent who was clearly working from home and not engaged in the phone call. I had to prompt him to respond at every point in the conversation.

The customer service rep I spoke with assured me I would be covered for the risk I was concerned about and told me our conversation was recorded and could be accessed by date and time in the event necessary to confirm coverage. This gave me piece of mind and I proceeded with purchasing the policy. The risk did not arise as a reality so no claim was ever made.
Web site didn't function well-locked up frequently. I had to write out everything at least 4 times.
