Nationwide Travel Insurance Reviews

Nationwide is not customer oriented and it showed. I would never use them for travel insurance again.

It took some time but they got done. They blamed a heavy back log of cases, but were always pleasant and helpful when I called in to check on progress.

Too early to tell but easy to contact while I was abroad

This was an easy process.

We have submitted all information requested and received an automated email that it was being reviewed. It has been over a week, and we have not heard anything back. Is this common?

I had to change my trip and working with the customer service agents via mail was good.

Disappointed with the company. I needed to change the dates of the policy and to them it was a huge deal. Never had this issue with other companies. Eventually they adjusted my dates but it was an unnecessary hassle

Well the claim website don't work. Emailed my claim after my trip. Send over requested document a week later. No response from them ever since. It's been 2 months now. If they don't want to pay just say so. 🙄
