The claim was a small claim for an additional expense we incurred due to trip delay. I fully documented to claim. Nationwide did compensate me for the entire amount of the claim. However, it took well over a month to do so.

We had a few setbacks on the trip however we was able to overcome them there was no need to file a claim But been on vacation and knowing that you have coverage was a great feeling it was all part of what made the whole experience great

Just filed the claim due to cancellation/rescheduled return flight

Overall excellent experience. A call to the company representative to confirm details of coverage was handled professionally and thoroughly. Will definitely use for future travel needs.

Filed claim 9/24/22.. still haven’t heard anything… terrrible

We had a change in the date of our departure that was initiated by our tour company. The Nationwide representative quickly made that change in our documents after I requested it in writing. She was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.

Got sick and missed part of our tour. Am finding it impossible to reach anyone by phone or way to file an online claim. A waste of time and money.
