    The claim was a small claim for an additional expense we incurred due to trip delay. I fully documented to claim. Nationwide did compensate me for the entire amount of the claim. However, it took well over a month to do so.

    Claim processing took way too long. Nearly 6 weeks before getting our refund.

    We had a few setbacks on the trip however we was able to overcome them there was no need to file a claim But been on vacation and knowing that you have coverage was a great feeling it was all part of what made the whole experience great

    We had a change in the date of our departure that was initiated by our tour company. The Nationwide representative quickly made that change in our documents after I requested it in writing. She was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.
