Just filed the claim due to cancellation/rescheduled return flight

Overall excellent experience. A call to the company representative to confirm details of coverage was handled professionally and thoroughly. Will definitely use for future travel needs.

Filed claim 9/24/22.. still haven’t heard anything… terrrible

We had a change in the date of our departure that was initiated by our tour company. The Nationwide representative quickly made that change in our documents after I requested it in writing. She was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.

Got sick and missed part of our tour. Am finding it impossible to reach anyone by phone or way to file an online claim. A waste of time and money.

Too hard to file online as the file would be too large for your system, as your statement says no more than 24 mb file
We are filing via mail and it leaves in the mail 10/27/22 to your claims department in Tampa with 59 pieces of paper requested for 3 claims

The Customer Service folks were great about helping find a Place to see a Dr on Canadian Thanksgiving. Very helpful
