I'm having issues with filing a claim the website is having a processing error and I called and emailed asking for claim form which seems like an easy request. Instead of receiving claim form I get contact info and number which I've already contact previously. THis is very frustrated and not great customer support.
Having the policy allowed a level of protection while traveling during the pandemic. Fortunately, we did not have a need to file a claim.
I have filed the claim as trip interruption, unable to continue the trip. I have been in contact with Nationwide to inform them that I will be filing the claim; howevr, the claims is done on-line through another source. I submitted the information for a claim, but it wil take 15 days for someone to reach back out to me.

As we mentioned we travelled from 12/25 to 1/20 and on 1/7, I contacted your customer support from Santiago, Chile through email and mentioned about our trip interruption but so far, I did not hear back from your customer service. I also tried calling but due to overseas, it did not go through. Anyway, after we came back on 1/20, I filed a claim and please review it and let us know at your earliest convenience.

The employer from Nationwide who I spoke to before purchasing the insurance was very helpful .
I had to change my travel date because I tested positive for covid in December. my new travel date is 01/28/22 until 02/13/22. after 2 weeks sending e-mails and numerous calls to different numbers that they were giving me. I was able to coordinate to change my policy for the new dates. BUT I STILL WETTING FOR MY NEW POLICY. please coordinate with the corresponding department to be able to have my document before January 28.
