Original medical claim had information that was incorrectly filled out by the Physician and was corrected. Appeals Process required a corrected signed form which was sent a week and a half ago....Always interesting how rejection on technicalities are processed right away but legitimate or appeals drag on...Should be pretty straight forward..

Super pleased with Nationwide Travel Insurance. I had kind of a complicated claim, but gave them all the information they requested and then some. It was about 10 days and I had my check in the mail!!!! I thought that they would probably want something more, kept watching my email, but no questions asked, and I got a very fair claim. I will definitely use them for any future travel. Please don't go on a cruise without it!!!!!
We received excellent customer service when we called to change our trip to fly a day earlier to begin our trip. Our original airline cancelled our flight so we had to leave a day earlier to make sure we could start our tour on time. With a few quick emails, our travel insurance was updated and we had the coverage we needed. The whole experience was super easy. Thank you!
They collected my money for the price of two vacation packages and wouldn't refund or cover the cost of one of the packages that was not used. Square Mouth's 100% satisfaction guarantee, also didn't come through. Now I've gone to the Federal Insurance oversight to try and get satisfaction.
What a pain in the behind. I sent 29 pages of requested information and they still denied my claim for a refund of the dive trip that I was unable to do because of a medical emergency. I had to submit a cancellation invoice showing that I did not receive a refund even though the first batch of information clearly stated that it was a non refundable trip. Also, since I foolishly stayed in a hotel instead of the hospital until I was well enough to fly, those costs were also denied.
