Good communication process and no hassles once I submitted all the paperwork.
Great value compared to some other policies we compared to. Had a few questions and got quick response. We will use again for future trips.

We had a delay during our trip, so I contacted Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company during our trip and they emailed a claim form and upon returning from the trip I called customer service for assistance in filling out the form and after explaining my situation to your rep she told me to contact American Airlines and get a letter from them verifying our trip delay. I spent the next 3 days contacting American Airlines numerous times in getting this documentation and then contacted your customer service again this morning to see if the documentation I received would suffice and was told that my trip delay does not qualify. I CAN NOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW VERY FRUSTRATING THIS IS TO BE TOLD TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS TIME AND EFFORT AND THEN TO BE TOLD THE INFORMATION FROM YOUR FIRST REP I SPOKE TO WAS INACCURATE.
We had to cancel our river cruise because of a medical issue. The Nationwide representative emailed the required paperwork immediately. It said to allow 15 days for processing and a check for our refund arrived on the 15th day! Wonderful, efficient service - would certainly recommend Nationwide travel insurance!
