    It took a little while, but overall the process was straight forward and without hiccups. We were forced to evacuate during our fall beach trip to Seaside, FL due to Hurricane Michael. Overall the trip interruption claim was handled efficiently, and without problem. The process seemed a little slow, but overall I was OK with it as the company emailed me updates as the claim's status changed and the process progressed. I received my refund check, and it was right on par with what I thought I should receive. This is why you buy trip insurance, and it reinforces the fact that I won't be caught without it when purchasing an expensive vacation. I've purchased trip insurance for various trips over the years, and never needed it, but the one time you do, it more than pays for itself and the many times you don't....

    I am very disappointed with Arch Roamright. We filed our claim over a month ago for a missed connection (included in our plan) and have heard nothing from them. I would think that good service means that someone from their company contacts claimants to let them know approximately how long it will take to resolve a claim. I am aware that we filed claims during a hurricane that disrupted service on the East Coast, but a month should be long enough to give us an idea regarding when the claim will be examined.

    The website would not allow me to buy the policy I wanted directly (on both policies I have bought for separate trips) and I had to call a representative both times to make the purchase. Fix the website.

    We could have used more instruction on just what the policy might cover, or does cover. We could have used more information on just who would provide any care we might need and just where that service might be provided. The whole service seems lacking clarity and seems like a shot in the dark when looking for specific services available through this policiy. MORE, MORE Specifics.
    We would look for a different provider next time to feel covered by any insurance at all.

    Will not make goid on claim. Company went out of business and i want a full refund. I hav3 sent pages and pages of information. They said the company has to fike bankruptcy. It was a canaduan company and theyjyst abandoned their business. I am due a full refund. I paud insurance to cover just such an eventuality. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

    It was easy, professional, extremely thorough, they helped me pick the the best plan for me and what I was looking for. There was always somebody on the other end and they were very patient. I would definitely recommend and personally use them again for my next overseas adventure!

    Having travel insurance gave us piece of mind. I researched companies and found Squaremouth. The online process was easy enough and helped raise my awareness of reasons to be insured in this day and age while traveling. The costs were reasonable. Be sure you read the actual policy as it helps understand the actual insurable events!
