This is the second time we have used RoamRight for our travel insurance needs. They have several levels of policies to fit individual needs. I contacted customer service to up-date our coverage after making the final payment on the trip and they took care of all the changes immediately. I had a copy of the new policy within a matter of hours. We have never had occasion to use the insurance coverage, so I can only speculate that their response would be as good as their customer service.

I did not realize Italy's socialized medicine covered me as a tourist. I did not ask when I contacted the company, but it would have been nice if the rep, if he knew, had told me. At the time I was quite worried about being released with no financial hassel.
We purchased the cancel for any reason policy. Unfortunately I had to cancel the trip because of a conflict that came up that I could not get out of. We submitted a claim for refund that was processed without any problems.
This is our 3rd time purchasing travel insurance thru Squaremouth and it's always RoamRight that we chose to buy. I believe RoamRight price is very competitive and their customer service is wonderful!

While in Italy, my husband took sick. I contacted RoamRight 24 who offered to find medical help, opened a claim, and provided appropriate paperwork. As it turned out, our innkeeper suggested a local doctor. My husband was seen and helped. RoamRight followed up with care and support. I was very impressed with their professionalism and ease of use. No claim needed to be filed.
