I selected RoamRight because they had the best price for the amount and type of insurance I wanted for my trip. It was nice to be able to compare difference companies side by side and the customer service was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions and did not make me feel silly for calling them back sometimes several times a day with important and minor questions. I am glad that I did not have to file a claim but I am certain that if I did,
they would have handled the claim efficiently and in a timely manner.

I have used Saquaremouth twice and have been very pleased with the process, the coverage and customer service. I feel I was directed to the best policy for me and that the person I spoke to aimed to do that from the beginning. I would recommend this company to any one traveling.
My baggage was delayed by approx 24 hours when I returned from my trip. I called RoamRight's 24 hour line as soon as I realized that I wasn't going to get my luggage back within 12 hours, and they told me that I needed to call in during regular business hours in order to file a claim because they couldn't do it and I couldn't do it - this turns out to have been a lie because when I called back again the next day they told me to file the claim online and provided a web address I could have just visited the day before. I filed the claim online and attached all the supporting documents, then did not hear back from RoamRight at all for two weeks so I had to email them asking for a status update. The website claims they will respond to emails within 24 hours but I received no response, and so I emailed them again to asked a second time for a status update. I then called them to find out what was going on and they claimed I had been emailed a response the day before and to check my spam folder. I checked my spam folder and there was no email from them, I did multiple searches in my inbox for any emails from "RoamRight" and there were none. The operator said he would ask the claims adjuster to re-send the email. I asked if they could forward the original email sent so that I could confirm it was sent yesterday. The operator would not agree to do so and just said they will send it today, which makes me think it was never sent yesterday. At this time I am still waiting for an email from RoamRight. It has been two weeks and three days.

We have yet to receive a completed RoamRight claim form from you.

There were questions I asked that the coustomer service representative did not know and I had to call the company direct to get an answer. It would have been much better had she known.

I purchased the medical-only policy which automatically included limited coverage for lost luggage etc. It was easy to purchase this insurance, and was clearly laid out on Roamright's website. It seemed surprisingly inexpensive for the coverage provided. I did not have to use the insurance so I can't speak to how well the claims are handled, but it gave me great peace of mind to be covered in the event of an unexpected medical issue. I felt I would have coverage for almost any medical emergency.
I chose this policy on the recommendation of a friend who had used RoamRight in the past. When compared to other policies it seemed to be the best value for the coverage offered. An experience of another traveler on the tour made a unforgettable lesson on the need to have insurance.
