Although I have purchased from you a few times I have not had issues that required your attention. How well each policy would work in an emergency is a relative unknown since it is not up to you but rather up to the individual insurance company. In the past I did have an issue of delayed flight, missing luggage etc and the insurance company was not all forthcoming.
So I would say you present the materials well and have a good staff but who really will stand by my family if there is an urgent need?

Many thanks for your patience. I am now back at home following the fracture and dislocation of my right arm. The splint/sling have been removed and I've been seeing the local orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist for follow-up treatment.
Now having full use of my right hand for typing, I intend to file the paperwork for the claim next week.

It was simple and easy. Someone answered my question immediately and solved my issue.
I still havent heard back about getting refunded for items that I claiming were damaged and lost. This is the reason I got insurance because I carry heavy baggage and airports always loose something or break something. Help me please.
The information from the agent about air line ticket costs and what might be covered was confusing.
I just mailed a letter explaining why I was filing a claim along with the invoice from the ship's doctor from my cruise on the Azamara Journey. I mailed it to an address that was given online. My insurance was Roam Right Preferred. I am sure my claim will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Both the representative who assisted us sign up for the insurance and the customer service rep when I called and asked about filing a claim, were very helpful. I will definitely use Roam Right again in the future.
I will not be available to talk with anyone from May 8-27. I should be able to be reached by internet but I am not counting on it.
