This recent trip was a "replacement" for one we intended to take a year earlier but had to cancel due to a medical situation. RoamRight dealt with our claim in a most helpful manner - this was a new experience for my wife and I - and we received checks for all of our cancelled expenses, which we used to fund this years trip. We would recommend RoamRight to anyone needing to purchase trip insurance.

Our flight out of Denver was delayed by a day due to weather. This meant we would arrive at our hotel a day later than planned and would lose a day of our vacation. However, we contacted British Airways, with whom we had an air and hotel package, and they changed our hotel reservations for arrival a day later and departure a day later than originally planned, and they changed our return flight for a day later. This meant that our vacation would extend one day beyond the dates we provided when we purchased your plan. I called your customer service, explained the situation, and was told that you were able to change the end date on our policy to one day later. Thanks, we really appreciated this.

Representatives were very helpful and maintained a professional positive attitude. Pricing tool is first class including the explanation of coverage.

I called to ask about what to do if my scheduled airline did not fly - expected bankruptcy. Took forever and never really got an answer

After purchasing Arch RoamRight I have never spoken with customer service again. i didn't have to use the insurance which is great.

We would love to find a travel policy that does not include medical coverage. We would hope that eliminating this part of the coverage would bring the price down a bit. Our private medical insurance would have covered us on a reimbursable basis.

It was amazing to personalize the type of travel insurance I wanted to purchase and get it at such a low rate. I was pick pocketed in Barcelona and missed my flight due to my passport being stolen. Turning in the claims for the expenses I incurred due to this event was very easy. The claim was handled quickly and I received a check in the mail promptly. Can't say enough good about this company. Highly recommend.

My wife was diagnosed with dementia prior to the trip. The travel agent was able to refund all but $500.00 of the cost of the trip. We filed a
claim and got $250.00 back for her. I guess you thought I would go by myself as my half was not returned.

Had no claim, but needed to increase both length of time and insured value. Process to do it was painless and fast with a super customer service agent.

Cruise several times per year and have used Roam Right several times and Squaremouth every time.

Eventually my claim was resolved satisfactorily, but I submitted all the documents in support of my claim at the end of October 2018 and did not receive payment until Jan 2019, which I thought was an exessive amount of time for a straightforward mediical claim.
