Travelex complaints can result from travelers who did not have their claim paid.  Sometimes a partially paid claim can leave travelers dissatisfied.  If the travel insurance policy was purchased through Squaremouth, they are helped by the Squaremouth Zero Complaint Guarantee.  This is a promise to mediate on behalf of a client if they are not happy with how their claim was handled.  Unless the insurance carrier provides a resolution satisfactory to Squaremouth, that carrier will be removed from the website entirely and their products no longer sold.
