I contacted COVID while in the Yukon (Canada) and went to the ER in Whitehorse. I was given PRAXLOVID and my case was fortunately light. I submitted my hospital and doctor bills to AXA and an RV park bill for 1 day trip delay. After getting the necessary documentation, AXA made a direct deposit of the US dollar equivalent expenses to my bank. Everything was handled professionally and I have no complaints.

As a group of 4 couples, we are still accumulating and reviewing shared invoices. Obviously, this is not the fault of your company, and I have not interacted with AXA since we returned.

When I tried to call them, I got no answer and no return call. I had to have some emergency blood work. I did it and paid for it. But I wanted to know if it were covered. I got no answer for days. I have no idea how they act in a real emergency but I was NOT impressed by their inaccessability.
