The claim process requires a lot of details and documentation, so be sure to keep good records of expenses and medical reports in one organized folder. It was clear and somewhat expedite. The only negative is the lack of transparency for the itemization of exactly which expenses were reimbursed. You receive a final email with the reimbursement payment total. The electronic payment process is super easy and fast and modern to allow Zelle payments in the same day. Thank you.
