    I felt ample information was offered online and used that to make my decisions.

    We fortunately had no problems so had no need to contact the carrier during the trip.

    The trip was cancelled due to N/E Snow Storm

    Claim Process
    I received 100% of my trip's expenses back from Orbitz and CSA due to the snow storm. I did not submit a claim because All monies were refunded.

    This is a great policy if you want piece of mind. We always acquire insurance when we go on cruises just because of medical expenses outside country, lost luggage or missed flights etc... So highly recommend this insurance.
